Terms of Use
Foreclosure Leads · Effective October 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the maker of Foreclosure Leads ("the app", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles.
A tool, not advice
The app helps you organize foreclosure lists, find property owners, keep track of calls and follow-ups, and work out offer numbers. It is a tool. Nothing in the app is legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and the numbers it shows (such as values, repairs and maximum offers) are estimates based on what you and public records provide.
Documents are templates
Letters of intent, purchase agreements and assignment contracts made in the app are general templates. They may not fit your deal or meet the rules in your state. Have an attorney or a title company review any document before you sign it or send it to anyone.
Calls, texts and owner information
You are responsible for how you contact people and how you use owner information. That includes following telemarketing and do-not-call rules: the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry (check numbers at donotcall.gov), and your state's rules. The app can mark numbers as do not call and warns you before calling them, but it does not check numbers against any registry for you.
Data comes "as is"
Owner names, mailing addresses and property details come from public county records. Map photos come from Mapbox, and locations from the US Census Bureau geocoder. This information can be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and we don't guarantee that it is accurate. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Your content stays on your phone
Your lists, notes, phone numbers, calls and deal numbers are stored on your device. You own them and you are responsible for them, including keeping backups. We don't receive them, so we can't recover them if your phone is lost or the app is deleted.
Acceptable use
- Follow all laws that apply to you, including real-estate, privacy, telemarketing and fair-housing laws.
- Don't use the app to harass, threaten, mislead or pressure anyone, including homeowners facing foreclosure.
- Don't resell or redistribute data from the app's owner lookups, or use the app to build a data product.
- Don't try to overload, copy, scrape or get around the limits of our lookup service.
Ads
The app is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google's use of information for ads is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the app or the lookup service will always be available or free of errors, or that any county will stay supported.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, lost data, fines or penalties, arising from your use of the app or the data in it. Because the app is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may limit or end your access to the lookup service if you break these terms or misuse it. The parts of these terms that by their nature should last (such as the disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after that.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for important changes, ask you to accept them again in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
